Back To School Blues

Back to school blues

Back to the many textbooks you leave in your car or at home because textbooks aren’t a thing anymore unless they’re online.  Back to the teachers who take their anger out on their students, making them hold their pee for 30 min.  Back to the continual rush of making the green light, running to first block and getting to practice on time.  Back to the time where time management is key.  Back to responsibilities.  Wow Lauren you made school seem horrible well sorry but that's the truth. That's how I feel on my first day back.

But the truth in fact does not depend on the so not enthusiastic feelings.  The truth is that everyday we are one step closer to the next phase in our life, college.  We are on our way to making our future count.  Every school day matters.  Every extra time spent studying counts.  We are preparing and testing our selves for the bigger transformation.  

School is such a love-hate relationship, we hate it but we love the end result if we do all we can do to succeed.  Make this year count and don't dwell on the no-fun responsibilities.  Take each one as a challenge and put your dreams in arms reach.
